Todd Prichard is the owner of Prichard Law Office PC. Todd began practicing law in Charles City in 2004 upon graduation from the University of Iowa College of Law. Todd is currently a Lieutenant Colonel with the Army Reserve and has been deployed overseas four times, including a tour in Iraq. He served in the 1st Battalion 133rd Infantry until 2013.
Todd practices corporate law, civil litigation, workers compensation, probate, real estate, estate planning, bankruptcy, tax law, criminal law, and family law.
Todd Prichard serves Floyd, Chickasaw, and part of Cerro Gordo County as an Iowa State Representative serving Iowa House District 52 since 2013. He is a House minority assistant leader and sits on the House Agriculture Committee, State Government, Ways and Means, and the Judiciary committee.
Todd grew up in Davenport and earned his B.A. degree in 1997 from the University of Iowa. Todd is married to Ann and has three children. His family attends St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Charles City.
