Tracy Hillis is a tax preparer and client bookkeeper. She has worked in the financial field with more than 24 years of experience. Tracy serves in many capacities, doing tax preparation, payroll, bookkeeping, and customer service for clients. Tracy graduated from NIACC in 1980 with a degree in business/banking.
Through experience and continuing education, Tracy maintains the necessary knowledge to advise and perform tax and accounting consulting for clients of the firm. She meets with clients to review their financial and accounting situation. Prepares client tax returns and financial records. Tracy ensures our clients are in compliance with applicable tax law and regulation in relation to income tax, employee withholding, and sales tax. She supervises the firm’s bookkeepers to ensure quality and accuracy of their work and provides training and mentoring. Tracy evaluates their performance to make hiring recommendations. She is responsible for the manning and staffing of bookkeeping functions within the office.
Tracy has two grown children and five grandchildren. She attends St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church. She enjoys spending time with family, reading, and camping on the weekends.
